After completing his residency in internal medicine,
Dr. Tran was looking to combine internal medicine
and traditional, Eastern medicine to create a
cutting-edge and unique treatment for his patients.
For that reason, he underwent rigorous training
in acupuncture at the Colleges of Traditional
Chinese Medicine in Beijing, Nanjing, and Shanghai.
 
With a thorough knowledge in acupuncture and internal
medicine, Dr. Tran opened his Medical and Acupuncture
Clinic in 1985, and is now one of the most highly 
sought out medical acupuncturists in the Washington
DC/Metropolitan area.
Thanks to his precision and continual  innovation in
acupuncture, Dr. Tran has provided the best treatment
to each of his patients for over 25 years.

Furthermore, Dr. Tran has mastered the art of Qigong,
which he provides to his patient as an added benefit.
